Customer service and complaints
Questions about orders, compatibility, delivery, privacy, withdrawal or complaints may be sent by email. Include your order number, but never put a full VIN in the email subject. We acknowledge receipt and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
Consumer dispute resolution
We do not employ more than ten people and are not required to provide a general participation statement for consumer arbitration. After a dispute arises, we will provide the legally required information.
