Withdrawal information

InCarUpgrades’ digital supplies do not carry an unconditional right of withdrawal after delivery. If you expressly consent to an early start, acknowledge the loss of the right and receive the contract confirmation, the right for digital content ends when supply begins. Until those legal conditions are met, the regular 14-day period may continue to apply.
1. Withdrawal period while the right still exists
Where the right has not ended under section 2 or 3, the withdrawal period is 14 days from contract formation. To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement by email, post or through the online withdrawal function at /en/withdraw before the period expires. You do not need to provide a reason.
2. Digital content
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right ends once supply begins where you first expressly consented to and requested supply during the withdrawal period, acknowledged that the right would be lost when supply begins, and received contract confirmation on a durable medium.
This applies in particular to supplied vehicle-bound FSC codes, navigation files, activation packages and digital guides. Once the right has validly ended, you cannot withdraw merely because you changed your mind. VIN-binding does not replace the required consent and confirmation.
3. Digital service
For a service, the right ends only after full performance where you expressly requested performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledged the loss after full performance. If you withdraw after requesting an early start but before full performance, only the legally permitted proportionate amount for work performed may be charged.
4. Effect and statutory conformity rights
Where withdrawal is valid, payments are refunded no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice is received, normally using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Loss of the right of withdrawal does not remove your statutory rights if the digital content or service is defective, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.
5. Model statement
You may write: “I hereby withdraw from my contract for the following digital supply: [product], ordered on [date], order number [number], name and address, date.” Send it to the email or postal address under “Contact & provider details”.
